Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
